The problem
Listing tools want API access to your seller account: a review process, a token revoked every few months, and one marketplace’s rules baked into your workflow. What a reseller needs is the work before the listing form — identify the item, cost it, fill every required field.
What it does
ProductFinder is a seller workspace where everything leads to one draft: a source, a builder for the listing, a costing sheet that tells you what the item has to sell for, a readiness check that names what is missing, and an export you paste or upload by hand. There is no marketplace connection anywhere in it, so it works with any marketplace and never asks for your seller login.
Made for: eBay, Vinted, Etsy and Amazon resellers who source in volume.

Get a suggested identity, brand, item specifics and condition, all editable.
Build the listing
Title, condition, identifiers, description, category and specifics.
Cost it
Break-even, minimum safe price, target price, profit and margin — with a warning when the margin is too thin.
Check and export
Twelve readiness checks, then CSV, TSV, XLS, XLSX or JSON.

Good to know
Stated plainly, so nobody signs up for the wrong thing.
- It never publishes to a marketplace — the last step is always you pasting into a listing form. That is deliberate.
- Photo analysis and the web finder need your own OpenAI key, and OpenAI bills you for what you use.
- Some workspace pages, such as inventory, orders and postage, are placeholders for later versions.
What you need
- Node.js 18.17 or newer
- A Supabase project (the free tier is enough)
- Somewhere to host a Next.js app, or your own computer
- Optional: an OpenAI API key
Questions
Does it need my eBay or Amazon login?
No. It never touches your seller account. You paste or upload the finished listing yourself.
Can I try it before setting anything up?
Yes. With no database keys it runs in demo mode on sample data, so you can click through the whole workflow.
