Checkout Health Monitor privacy policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
Checkout Health Monitor runs inside your WordPress and sends nothing to Freehold Software.
What the app collects
- Plugin, theme and WordPress version numbers, stored in your own database to explain failures.
- The test orders it creates, deleted after each result is recorded.
- Your alert email address and webhook URL, if you set them, stored in your own database.
Other services involved
- Alerts go out through your site’s own email setup, and to the webhook address you enter.
How long it is kept
Whatever the app stores stays on your own device, computer or server until you delete it. We hold none of it, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete.
If you subscribe
Subscriptions bought on this website are paid through Stripe, which acts as the seller of record through its Managed Payments service and adds the right VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought — never your card details — and use your email to send your download and licence.
Your rights, and who to contact
Mark Horne, trading as Freehold Software is responsible for this policy. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This policy covers the Checkout Health Monitor app. The website itself is covered by the website privacy policy.
